But so many of us get caught in the day-to-day routines that we forget what life's actually about.

We wait for weekends to have fun.

We limit our freedom because of endless commitments.

Our to-do lists get longer and longer until we start questioning:

Who am I even doing this for? What's the point?

Surely life isn't about waiting for retirement or ticking off tasks until we're too tired to enjoy what's left.

Why Outdoors?

As an accredited counsellor, I've witnessed the amazing impact getting outdoors can have on our wellbeing, our goals and productivity. One of the reasons is traditional coaching and therapy keep you in your head, whilst  outdoor coaching gets you moving and  back into the natural world where you will find what you’re looking for.

When you combine movement, the therapeutic qualities of nature, and transformational coaching, you unlock insights that wouldn't surface anywhere else.

Often your body knows things your mind hasn't had chance to catch up on. This could be tension and stress, a desire to change or a feeling deep down that you know what you really want from life.

We choose a landscape that offers new perspective and provokes a flow in conversation that feels different when you're walking side-by-side through ancient woodlands, along windswept beaches, or across hilltops instead of sitting face-to-face in a room.

Research consistently shows that time in nature not only reduces stress, anxiety, and rumination it  increasing creativity, clarity, and emotional regulation.
