Over my years of working across multiple sectors including hospitality, social care and education I have seen 100's of individuals battle with their wellbeing, overcome by crippling anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome and change.

Many had some experience of therapy be that through the NHS Steps to Wellbeing. a brief stint of CBT or a childhood memory of speaking about your feelings.
Finding a Counsellor that fits your unique experience, schedule and lifestyle can be incredibly difficult, not everyone want to sit in a magnolia room with someone twice their age and talk about their most difficult childhood memories each week.
What I have seen over 100's of practise hours is this is not necessary or helpful. Using an intergrade Counselling and Coaching approach you can discover your innate wellbeing and experience more fun, freedom and fulfilment from life.
