Traditional therapy asks you to commit to months of weekly sessions before you even know if it's working. That's not realistic for most people, especially when you're already stretched thin. This is why I work under the following principles:

Affordable & Accessible: Book as little as one session at a time. Discuss what you need, I see most people for a total of 3 hours a month, with a flexible agreement. Most of my clients stay 3-6 months because they see the value in investing in themselves.
